Career: Practice Manager (YOT)

Section: Youth Offending Team

Function:

To support the Service Manager in ensuring that Youth Justice services are efficiently delivered. To manage, supervise staff, and to deputise for the Service Manager when required.

Entry Requirements:

Qualification in SW, Probation, or Police Officer & 3 years post qualification experience & experience of multi-disciplinary working with young people in a community & family context & in the criminal justice context.
