Newly Qualified Teacher’s have responsibility for a class of pupils, but have an additional 10% non-contact time for development. They will have a mentor in the school who will support their development. The Newly Qualified Teachers process usually lasts one year.
Graduate Teacher Programme which is an on the job training programme to do this you will need to contact your local Employment Based Initial Teacher Training Provider.
Degree/Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Fast track Teachers programme
