Career: Connexions Personal Adviser (in training)

Function:

Recruited as PAs but without the relevant level of qualifications and training. These staff will have a reduced caseload and receive a higher level of supervision to that of the qualified PA.

Entry Requirements:

NVQ3 in related field or NVQ4 in subject not mapped against NOS for LDSS / 1 year recent experience of working with young people.

Training Options:

NVQ4 in LDSS
