Career: Connexions Lead PA

Function:

Lead PAs will carry a caseload and will assume additional responsibilities linked to meeting progression and NEET targets. Lead PAs will have line management/supervision responsibility for other staff. They will represent Connexions on local networking and planning groups.

Entry Requirements:

Qualified PA

Training Options:

Support may be available to PA wishing to undertake NVQ4 or higher qualification to enhance their knowledge/skills in an area related to job role and responsibilities.
