Function:

Assume management responsibility for Young People’s Centre including management of staff either directly or via matrix management arrangement, achievement of targets including NEETs (young people not in education, employment or training) and cross cutting targets, for example supporting teenage parents. Ability to manage strategically and operationally with a commitment to the development of integrated children and young people’s services.

Entry Requirements:

NVQ4 or higher qualification in related field. Management experience. Evidence of effective multi-agency work Understanding of the current policies related to children & young people’s services
