Career: Personal Adviser (Care leavers accommodation)

Function:

To ensure that the assessed accommodation needs of young people who have left Local Authority care are met. Provide practical support and to broker services with appropriate partner have left Local Authority care are met. Provide practical support and to broker services with appropriate partners.

Entry Requirements:

An approved professional qualification e.g. Social Work, Housing is desirable. Experience of working with disadvantages young people.
