Career: Childminders

Function:

Registered with Ofsted to look after children in the childminders own home. You are self employed to provide care for children from birth. You may also look after older children on an out of school basis or be approved to deliver funded provision to 3 or 4 year old pre-school children.

Entry Requirements:

The post holder should be trained on: - Introduction to childminding practice - Paediatric first aid - Child protection training - Basic food hygiene
