Career: Nursery Manager/Supervisor

Function:

To ensure the delivery of creative and appropriate learning and development opportunities in a safe and caring environment under the Early Years Foundation Stage, providing care for all children. Oversee the planning and preparation of the programme of activities, ensuring required records are kept correctly. You will line manage a team of staff and have responsibility for managing a budget and maintaining the equipment and resources within that budget. You must ensure your setting works with and builds partnerships with parents, schools, local authority and other agencies.

Entry Requirements:

You must be qualified to level 3 in early years and childcare as a minimum, with broad experience of working in early years and childcare.
