Career: Children’s Centre Manager

Function:

To manage Children’s centres and the delivery of services through partnership working with other agencies to provide a high quality service for children and families within their local communities. To support the early intervention of support for families of young children including the implementation of parenting programmes, common assessments and responsibility for delivery of the full core offer to local families.

Entry Requirements:

You must be minimum degree level qualified with preferably a postgraduate qualification in the relevant field.

Training Options:

Ongoing attendance at Government and Local Authority conferences, seminars and working groups. National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership
