Career: Children’s Nurse

Function:

Responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, planning and delivering the care they need and evaluating its effectiveness.

Entry Requirements:

RSCN/RN Child Branch Diploma/Degree.

Training Options:

Progression to Sister, Ward Manager and Specialist Nurse (progression is through experience and skill acquisition).
